Meditation and Mindfulness: Inner Growth in 7 lessons
This Meditation and Mindfulness Training invites you to take your inner growth process to the next level.
In 7 lessons you will learn:
- how to meditate and become more relaxed
- to become (more) aware of who you are and what it is that you do
- to look at yourself more friendly
- to enjoy the present moment
Each lesson will take about an hour of your time and consists of:
- an introduction video
- text with essential background information
- at least one meditation exercise (in text and as an audio file)
- tips and assignments
It will take at least 7 weeks to complete the course. It is no problem if it takes longer. Most important is to exercise regularly (2 to 3 times a week preferably) and to follow your own rhythm.
Taking this course is a good idea whenever you:
