Records medical history, examination, treatment plan and other clinical data in real-time while the physician interacts with the patient.
• Reminds physicians of treatment plans and other recommendations from previous visit notes, reminds physicians of documentation requirements for billing purposes.
• Delivers comprehensive clinical documentation, correlates clinical information and generate useful reports.


  


QUALIFICATIONS:


•Graduate of Medicine (with or without license)

•Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office applications and use of technical/communication equipment

•With excellent oral and written communication skills;  Excellent listening skills
