-Promote, sell, arrange and secure reservations for a variety of services including Channel Manager for Online Travel Agencies
-Effectively communicate with Hotel clients.
-Can handle Booking operations in Online Travel Agencies
-Use of online reservations tools, preferred vendor websites, and other auxiliary PC and web based systems and functions, e.g., Internet, e-mail, etc.
-Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely, professional manner.
-Meeting profit or sales targets
-Additional tasks and/or responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications MUST include:
-Sales oriented self-starter, and excellent interpersonal skills
-Previous experience on computerized system; Amadeus preferred
-Knowledge of airline fare structures
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Customer service Verbal communication
