Collect the payment and remit it to your bank account directly.
Facilitate taxation concerns of your property.

Handle diplomatically tenant's complaints.
Keep you updated from time to time.
Help you find buyer if you decide to sell the property later.
One (1) month rental for one year lease OR pro-rated if monthly or weekly
Paid upon tenant's payment of rental deposit and advance
We only manage condo units for lease on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly annual bases.
You as my client may provide me with your Terms of Service including payment of fees so we have a common agreement that satisfy both parties.
