- The monthly recurring fee will be Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00 Php)
- An additional Five Hundred pesos per branch (500.00 Php)
- The preparation of Annual Financial Statements is Ten Thousand Pesos Only (10,000.00 Php) to Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (25,000.00 Php)
- Renewal of Business Permit is Eight Thousand Pesos Only (8,000.00 Php)
- Submission of Year-end reports: Registration of Books, Annual Registration, Annual 1604CF, Annual 1604E – Php. 2,500.00 and is payable every December 10th of the month.
- The fee is net of withholding tax.
- The fee is payable every 10th of the month for the monthly service fee.
- The Annual Financial Statement and Business Permit transaction fee needs full payment before the start of engagement.
- The rate is subject to an increase depending on the nature of the business and if sales and volume of transaction will increase.
- Increase of rate is covered by a 60 days’ notice.
