The Bread and Pastry Production NC II is a TESDA registered short course that will provide knowledge and skills all about in baking. This program includes baking cakes, breads and pastries in accordance with the required standard set by the TESDA; hence, maintaining cleanliness and food safety. Our aim is to produce graduates who will be prepared to work in the hotel industry or any other food-related business establishments.
Weekday or Saturday classes are available.
