Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt
Led by veteran instructor Violet Zaki, this interval program burns fat and builds lean muscle by alternating cardio with toning. The workout has two different 21 to 23-minute segments – you can play them separately, or in sequence for a more intense calorie burner. The first segment features short intervals and targeted body sculpting. The second section emphasizes longer intervals and multi-muscle-group toning (e.g. a lower-body dead lift combined with an upper-body hammer curl). All the cardio blasts are high-intensity and high-impact (but you also get low-impact options). Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
