Our optional coating system consists of PolyEthylene and Epoxy Resins.
This system inhibits water and moisture to fill over the pores of the WPC material. Without the coating, formation of fungal molds are dubious although formation can be easily prevented from cleaning the materials with water on a regular basis.
Our option will give you optimal solution without cleaning them regularly.
Coating WPCs with repellent resins can withstand fungal formation.
Due to the extreme repellence and in some cases bacterial resistance of hydrophobic coatings, there is always much enthusiasm for their wide potential uses in all sorts of surfaces and substrates.
Coating need to be a replenishment material as maintenance practice to prolong the material guarantee in terms of fungal formation.
