As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
• Effectively leads the team of Sales Associates, manage performance, set weekly/monthly targets.
• Maximally utilize the potential of the area of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales).
• Preparing regular reporting with SDSM/RSM. Tracking sales reports and analyze daily data.
You know you are the perfect fit if you have/are:
• At least High school Graduate or finished Grade 10/ Vocational Diploma, College Degree or higher will be preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in People Management (At least 5 staffs) in Retail Sales field work
• Recent work experience should be at least in the last 6 months.
• With experience in having sales target or quota.
• Required skill(s): With Strong Personality, Confident in dealing with various types of people, Excellent Selling Skills, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
• Computer literate (MS Office esp. Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Amenable to work in Davao City / CDO
