Responsibilities
Suitable Telesales Executives / Appointment Setters will have good recent B2B experience. Telesales Executives / Appointment Setters will be confident calling B2B and will be able to negotiate at all levels. Telesales Executives / Appointment Setters will have good communication skills and be comfortable with a full day's cold calling.
As a Telesales Representative, the responsibilities include:
- Ongoing outbound calls to existing and potential customers (telesales)
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Work to daily/weekly targets, to achieve required
- Making outbound business to business calls
- Booking meetings and demonstrations for the UK Sales Team
- Sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
- Assisting UK Sales Team to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Associated admin duties
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
College level/ College Graduate of any degree
Required Experience:
At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar call center position
Good data entry and typing skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Experienced in data processing, telephone skills, typing and general administrative duties
IT Industry Knowledge preferred
