JOB OPENING: ACCOUNT OFFICER (2)
As an Account Officer, you shall be in charge of the following:
ü Addressing phone, sms and email inquiries of existing clients
ü Coordinating existing client requests, facilitating requests and updating the clients the status of these requests
ü Conducting payment follow ups and coordinating collections
ü Sending of proposals and other promotional items to interested clients
ü Coordinating client’s membership requirements for enrollment
ü Tabulation of Weekly Reports
Requirements:
ü College Graduate, Female
ü Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, Internet Browsers, Mail Applications
ü With good English Vocabulary / excellent verbal communication and writing skills
ü Trustworthy with no criminal record, highly organized, confident, patient, with high attention to detail
ü Applicants with client servicing requirements, customer service or callcenter and sales experience shall be a plus
ü Willing to work in Brgy Hulo, Mandaluyong City
