Payment options:
* Upon application, first payment will be processed by your counselor, subsequent payments can be paid in the nearest branch.
* All Plans are 5 years to pay
* Note: 10% discount will be given for Spot Cash Payment
General Service Inclusions:

* Preparations for viewing and chapel venue.
* E-burol service (Available only on selected chapels)
* Tribute
* Funeral service to cemetery
Important notes on Traditional Life Plans:
* Amount equivalent to 20% of the Contract Price based on annual mode of payment shall be returned to the Planholder each year beginning at the end of 16th year from date of effectivity until the end of the 20th year while you are living.
* After receiving the Return of Premium, the Memorial Services, in effect, becomes FREE.
* Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Life Plan Agreement.
