Franchise Agreement will be mail via courier, and TRAINING will be done thru zoom video conference.

1. Franchise Agreement is valid for 1 year, renewable every year without fee. This is a lifetime business you can transfer to your family.


2. If your location is not gaining enough profit for you to sustain the business, transferring to other location is the first option.  We don’t recommend to stop the franchise. You will not pay any fee once you transfer. Just submit sketch map of your new location.


3. Yes! You can put up more than 1 franchise in your city if there is no existing same franchisee within 300 meters to your target location. Strictly 1 franchise fee per location, if youre opening two outlets you will need to avail 2 packages.


4. 300 Meters for the same concepts.


5. We have NO ROYALTY FEES, NO RENEWAL FEE, NO HIDDEN CHARGES, other fees aside the franchise package will be delivery cost of the said kiosk. You may avail the FREE DELIVERY services once you order the require minimum purchase order.


6. For your concept STAR FRAPPE’, profit margin is 55%-60% per cup.

2. Choose product and concepts of your choice.

3. Fill up Application Form.

4. Pay franchise package Cash / Post Dated Check / Bank Deposit/ Credit Card

5.Submit a location sketch for your business for zoning protection at least 300 radius.

6.Sign the Franchise Contract.

7.Wait for the cart to release and operate.

OPTION B

(If you are too busy or living too far or you are in Visayas/Mindanao area.)

1.Browse our website and choose a food cart package that is best for you.

2.Fill up Application Form.

3.Pay franchise package Cash / Post Dated Check / Bank Deposit.

4.Submit a location sketch for your business for zoning protection at least 300 radius.

5.Food Cart Package will be delivered terminal to terminal. Charges are on you, franchisees are encourage to add additional minimum worth of products for free delivery. (see delivery and ordering procedures)

6.All the papers like Contract, Franchise Manual, Video training and seminar will be send thru LBC or EMAIL. While waiting for the release of your cart, please process the papers like Barangay Clearance, Mayor’s Permit and DTI.

7.You may now operate your food cart!

Deliveries and Ordering Procedures:

1. Deliveries will take 3-4 days upon receiving the order slip (Franchisees are encourage to order ahead of time) 

2. Strictly Minimum Orders applied per location and is subject for free delivery

Metro Manila - !0,000 minimum worth of products

Outside Metro Manila – 15,000 – 20,000 minimum worth of products depends on the location

Visayas Area – 25,000 minimum worth of products

Mindanao – 30,000 - 45,000 minimum worth of products depends on the location
