Job Description: The CSR Pharmacist’s role involves communicating solutions to customers,
pharmacies and physicians with prescription orders and reorders and claims or inquiries on
prescription benefits, etc.
Qualifications:
● Must be a Pharmacy student or graduate.
● Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage.
● Highly-analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
● Internet & computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office applications including Word,
Excel, Emails, and/or similar software applications.
● Must have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
● Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus City, Cavite.
