Business magnate Anthony Lee, whose expertise is in Sales and Marketing, started to market construction projects to fellow entrepreneurs. Joined by his good friend, Paul Sy, who is well experience in the "build and sell" bussines, they started constructing houses for their clients. Being immersed in the course of real estate, this is when they realized a deeper foundation in the construction business. They wanted to change the unfair reality in the real state where quality of construction is substandard and interest rates are so high. They believe that every Filipino deserves beautiful homes with the highest quality, with innovative and modern architectural designs but with reasonable affordable rates.
