Property Manager for Condominium Units in NCR and Luzon
If you are an owner of a condo unit or units, or condominium unit, this ads is for you.
Some condo unit owners do not have enough or extra time to turn their condo units into a investment such that their properties can actually yield or product money for them by having their condominium units leased or rented by tenant.
Some owners are OFWs, seaman, Filipina with foreign husband, kabayan, immigrant in other countries, or if not, they reside outside of the country. This scenario leaves their condo unit un - managed if not mismanaged.
Some have already their condo unit manager. But just in case, you do not have yet, you may consider me to manage profitably and professionally your condominium property.
CONDO MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE
Find a tenant, renter, or occupant for your condo units so that you can profit from its rental or lease fee.
Prepare the paperworks such as contract, among others for the lease or rent of the condo property.
Collect the payment and remit it to your bank account directly.
Facilitate taxation concerns of your property.
Ensure that your property is maintained.
Handle diplomatically tenant's complaints.
Keep you updated from time to time.
Help you find buyer if you decide to sell the property later.
FEE
One (1) month rental for one year lease OR pro-rated if monthly or weekly
Paid upon tenant's payment of rental deposit and advance
We only manage condo units for lease on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly annual bases.
You as my client may provide me with your Terms of Service including payment of fees so we have a common agreement that satisfy both parties.
