An Authorized Managing Officer Amo seminar Certificate of Completion will be issued. The seminar covers laws and regulations pertinent to the construction industry on the National Building Code, the Labor Code of the Philippines, the Government Procurement Reform Act, the Internal Revenue Code, the Build-Operate-Transfer Law, and the Local Government Code. Note that all Amo and Ste are also required to attend a Cosh training. Amo Seminar is open to Filipinos and foreigners. An exam will take place in the afternoon of day 2 of the seminar.
