HIRAC Training is in compliance with DOLE Requirement. DOLE Accredited 8 hours Specialized OSH Training for all Safety Officers SO1 SO2 SO3. DOLE Prescribed Safety Officer HIRAC Training Hazard Identification, Risk Asessment and Control Training. DOLE requires medium risk establishments with more than 99 workers, and high risk establishments with more than 9 workers to designate the company Safety Officer 3. HIRAC is in compliance with DOLE Department Order 198 series of 2018, the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the OSH Law Republic Act No. 11058.
Safety Officer 3 must complete 40-hr advanced OSH and 8-hr specialized OSH training, a total of 48 hours. 40 hours BOSH and or COSH are not considered advanced or specialized. SO3 must complete 40 hours advanced OSH training and complete 8 hours specialized OSH training.
