Participants for LCM, Loss Control Management, and HIRAC, Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control, must be a graduate of the 40 hours BOSH or COSH training. Conducted online in Tagalog and English to ensure learning. DOLE requires all Safety Officer 3 SO3, to complete LCM which is a 40 hours Advanced OSH Training and 8 hours Specialized OSH Training, prescribed by DOLE. This is in compliance with DOLE.
