Responsibilities
LVRs are representatives who handle inbound and outbound calls. Calls are for multiple clients. The purpose of calls is to confirm requests made by customers online for various services. No irate customers, no service or sales calls, no CSAT and no AHT.
• Work on a single or multiple programs during a typical work day
• Capture additional information from the customer
• Warm transfer clients to a provider of service
• Other duties as may be required of the position
Requirements:
• Has completed at least 2 years in college
• Preferably with 6 months working experience in a call center setting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Effective listening skills
• Self-motivated and energetic personality
• Punctual, efficient, and with the ability to prioritize
• Computer literate and has multi-tasking skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• Willing to be assigned at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Compensation and Benefits:
• Php 20,400 for the basic salary plus Php2,000 non-taxable allowance, 15% night differential, Php1,500 monthly perfect attendance bonus and achieving three consecutive months of perfect attendance entitles an employee to an additional Php 4,500 bonus on top of the regular bonus, up to 20% monthly performance bonus (Php4,080) and several unlimited program specific incentives which can add up to Php35,000.
• Employees also receive additional Php100 SM gift certificate for every hour of overtime
• We also offer health card benefits upon regularization, 18 days of vacation leave credits and 12 days of sick leave credits per year for regular employees
