Job Description:We are a small team working with international online customer support platforms. Due to team expansion, we are looking for remote Chat Moderators for long-term cooperation. The role involves text-based communication with users for customer support and informational services only. This position is strictly non-adult and does not involve any explicit or inappropriate content.
Responsibilities:


Communicate with users via online chat in English


Provide basic information and support based on internal guidelines


Maintain polite, professional, and helpful communication


Follow company communication standards


Stay active and responsive during working hours


Requirements:


Written English level B1–B2 or higher


Stable internet connection


Availability of 4–6 hours per day


Ability to work independently and follow instructions


Previous online support or chat experience is a plus
