The new dusitD2 Residence Cebu City is scheduled to open in 2019, located close to the city’s IT Park and the Cebu Golf & Country Club. Forming part of a new multi-tower condominium development, Grand Residences Cebu, the hotel will feature 160 serviced residences, a restaurant, gym, swimming pool and meeting rooms.
It will join the existing Dusit Thani Manila hotel in the Philippines, planned D2 hotels in Manila and Davao, and Dusit Thani Residence Davao, which is also in the pipeline.
