One of the most common problems faced in the workplaces and frequently the reason for dangerous occurrences and fatal accidents in the workplace is the behavior of the employees. Despite and in spite of various controls in place, this is the problem, workers' behavior. This specialized training, Behavior Based Safety, will help you in handling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in the workplace. All safety officers are encouraged to join. SO1 SO2 SO3 joining must have completed the 10-hr or 40-hr basic Bosh or Cosh.

SO3 Safety Officer 3 must complete 40-hr Advanced OSH and 8-hr Specialized OSH , a total of 48 hours. BOSH and Cosh are basic safety officer training. For a complete one schedule of your 48 hours LCM HIRAC for SO3 click here
