BOSH graduates and COSH graduates are qualified to join the advanced occupational safety and health training and specialized OSH training. LCM and SPA are advanced OSH while HIRAC or BBS is a specialized OSH. TOT is an OSH related training prescribed for all safety officers. These are DOLE prescribed for safety officers who want to advance their career as safety officer 3 SO3 safety officer 4 So4, in compliance with Ra 11058 and its Irr DOLE Do 198-18. Trained and Certified First Aider is a must, as required by DOLE for all establishments.
Training Duration in Hours. SO3 Safety Officer 3 must complete 40 hrs advanced OSH and 8 hrs specialized OSH. 40hrs LCM Loss Control Management Training. 40hrs SPA Safety Program Audit Training. 24hrs TOT Training of Trainers. 8hrs HIRAC Hazard Identification, Risk As sessment and Control Training. 8hrs BBS Behavior Based Safety Training.
