HIRAC preparation is a must for all safety officers in all industries as it is a proactive undertaking that must be a competency of safety officers to promote and advance a more safe and healthy workplaces. Preparing a HIRAC is also required to comply with the DOLE OSH Program pursuant to RA 11058 and its IRR DOLE DO 252 series 2025.
