The DOLE Reportorial Requirements must be submitted to DOLE BWC pursuant to the OSH Act or RA 11058 and DOLE DO198-18. The intention of this seminar is to help you and those involved in OSH in the workplace on how to prepare it correctly so that it will be a useful tool not only to their company but to the Philippines in totality or a whole. Submission of these reports is a duty of the employer as per the OSH Standards.
Companies and personnel (involved in safety and health) from all industries must know how to prepare the reports and its importance - not just for compliance.
