Bread and Pastry Production NC II is a TESDA registered short course/program that will provide knowledge and skills in baking. This program includes baking cakes, bread, and pastries according to the required and relevant standards in the industry, maintaining cleanliness and food safety. Our aim is to produce graduates who are equipped to work in the hotel industry or any other food-related businesses.
